Week 1

Proverbs 11: 24-25  One person gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly but comes to poverty. A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.

Matthew 12: 34 For out of the overflow of the heart the mouth speaks.

 

Week 2

1 Timothy 4:12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an examples for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity.

Colossians 3:2-3  Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.

Psalm 139:14  I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Zephaniah 3:17  The Lord your God is with you, He is might to save. He will take great delight in your, He will quiet you with His love; He will rejoice over you with singing.

Week 3

Psalm 19:14  Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.

Philippians 4:8  Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable–if anything is excellent or praiseworthy–think about such things.

Week 4

Colossians 3:12 & 14A  Put on then as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. And above all these, put on love.

Psalm 89:1  I will sing of the steadfast love of the Lord forever; with my mouth I will make known your faithfulness to all generations.

Week 5

1 Thessalonians 5:10-18  He died for us so that whether we are asleep or awake, we may live together with Him. Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are now doing. Now we ask you brothers and sisters, to acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work. Live in peace with each other. And we urge you, brothers and sisters, warn those who are idle and disruptive, encourage the disheartened, help the weak, be patient with everone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong but always strive to do what is good for each other and everyone else. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Week 6

2 Timothy 3:16-17  All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.

Psalm 119:9-11  How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your word. With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.

Deuteronomy 6:4-7 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one. You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.

Week 7

Isaiah 26:3-4 You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you. Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord, the Lord, is the Rock eternal.

Psalm 63:1-4 O God, you are my God, earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you, my body longs for you, in a dry and weary land where there is no water. I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.

Week 8

1 Chronicles 16:9-10 Sing to Him, sing praise to Him; tell of all His wonderful acts. Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice

Psalm 148:1-5  Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord from the heavens, praise him in the heights above. Praise him, all his angels, praise him, all his heavenly hosts. Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars. Praise him you highest heavens and you waters above the skies. Let them praise the name of the Lord, for he commanded and they were created.
